What we built

  • CSV and Excel intake with per-source mapping profiles (FedEx, UPS, BlackLine, generic)
  • 450-line document split with automatic zero-balancing lines against a clearing account that self-clears
  • Referential master-data sanity checks at upload (company code, G/L, cost centers)
  • Rule-table substitutions (e.g. blank cost center on expense lines → default) with a per-line audit log
  • Error framework: aggregated findings per document, open/superseded/resolved lifecycle, one-click retry
  • Clean-core BTP twin (CAP) included for side-by-side deployment next to S/4
